Hannah Engel-Rebitzer has worked in education for more than fifteen years. She is a National Board Certified secondary mathematics teacher and has worked with schools and nonprofit organizations throughout the DC–Maryland area and around the world. Hannah is committed to helping students navigate the increasingly complex college admissions process with greater clarity, confidence, and less anxiety. In 2021, she began collaborating with Rebekah to expand support for underserved students (ask her about Peak Scholars!) and officially joined the team in 2024.

As a Foreign Service family, Hannah and her family have lived in Costa Rica, Kosovo, Malawi, and Saudi Arabia. These experiences have shaped her passion for helping Americans living abroad and international students access educational opportunities in the United States. She works with students and families in both Spanish and English. Raising her four children abroad also gives Hannah a unique perspective on the challenges Third Culture Kids face as they navigate the transition from an international upbringing to college.

Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University, where she earned degrees in Economics and City and Regional Planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from American University and a certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California, Irvine. She is also an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).

When she’s not working with students, Hannah enjoys spending time with her four kids. She currently splits her time between Annapolis, Maryland, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
