Credit Card Registration Instructions 

​1.  If you live in the US: In your browser, click this link to begin registration:

Follow the instructions below.  The steps below are the same for both.  The only difference is that for international credit card holders, some fields are optional to account for the address differences within and outside the US.​​​​​​​​​​​

2. Enter your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information and click the button labeled "Process".  You will see the approval dialog box below.  Note: A $1 hold will be placed on your credit card to verify its validity.  It will drop off within 2 days, and it will not convert to an actual charge.​

3. You can use the Authorization Number on this page as your 'Unique Customer Code' field in your contract.
