2. Enter your: name, address, email address, ph0ne number and credit card information and click button labeled: "Process" . You will see the confirmation dialog box below.
3. You will receive an email from Kristina giving you the Unique Customer Code from the payment processor (also known as Customer Id)
4. Enter this number into the 'Unique Customer Code' field in your contract
