Comprehensive Package

Through our comprehensive package, we guide students through every stage of the application process. We are a student-centered practice with no limit on the number of meetings students can have with their consultant. Our consultants are also available via email and text — always with a quick response time — to ensure students feel supported whenever they need it.

  • Resume Development: Students build a polished resume that clearly communicates their experiences and strengths.

  • YouScience Career Inventory: We administer the YouScience assessment to help students explore their natural aptitudes and career interests as they begin thinking about college and beyond.

  • Testing Strategy & Mock Exams: We guide families through standardized testing options and provide access to mock exams to help students develop a testing strategy that works for them.

  • Curated College List Creation: We work with each student to build a list of schools that are the right fit — academically, socially, and financially.

  • College Research & Finalizing the Apply List:
    We help students research schools in depth and thoughtfully decide where to apply.

  • Campus Visits & Demonstrated Interest: Families receive guidance on planning visits and engaging meaningfully with colleges to show "demonstrated interest".

  • Financial Aid & Affordability Planning: We help families identify schools where the student is likely to receive strong aid or scholarships — the cost of college is a key part of the fit equation.

  • Application Planning & Organization: We support students in managing deadlines and materials so that nothing falls through the cracks using the college planning software, Counselmore. 

  • Personal Statement Coaching: Students receive one-on-one support as they brainstorm, write, and revise a compelling personal statement that reflects their voice and values.

  • Supplemental Essay Support: We help students craft strong, specific responses to each school’s supplemental prompts.

  • Interview Preparation: Students receive personalized coaching to help them feel confident and prepared for admissions interviews.

  • Decision & Offer Review: When decisions come in, we help families understand their options — reviewing financial packages and supporting the final choice with clarity and confidence.
