Rebekah Elmore
Founder and Independent Education Consultant

Rebekah Elmore founded PEAK College Consulting in 2014, combining her passion for education with a strong background in business and leadership. Prior to launching PEAK, Rebekah spent seven years managing a multi-million-dollar company with over 200 contracted employees, where she honed her skills in leadership, operations, and strategic planning.
Before that, she worked as a middle school teacher in Westfield, New Jersey, after earning her Bachelor of Science in Education from Wheelock College in Boston, Massachusetts (now part of Boston University). Her journey into educational consulting began as she guided her own four children through the college search and application process. Recognizing a need for personalized, student-focused support, Rebekah drew on her background in education and business to launch PEAK.
Rebekah received formal training at the Summer Training Institute hosted by the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) at Swarthmore College. She went on to complete a Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California, Irvine in 2015 and achieved Professional Member status with the IECA in 2016. She is also a member of the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the New England Association for College Admission Counseling (NEACAC). She holds a certification as a Certified Highlands Consultant, trained to help students assess their natural abilities and career fit. In 2024, Rebekah earned the prestigious Certified Educational Planner (CEP) designation from the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners (AICEP)—the highest credential in the field. This distinction recognizes her advanced expertise, commitment to ethical practice, and continued professional development.
When she is not working, you can find Rebekah playing golf or pickleball, relaxing at the lake , or enjoying time with her husband and their four adult children.
