Mandi Elmore joined Peak College Consulting in 2019, bringing a strong foundation of coaching, mentorship, and a natural ability to connect with high school students. Prior to her work in college consulting, Mandi built a successful career in the health and wellness industry, where she coached and trained hundreds of clients across the New Hampshire Seacoast region. Her extensive one-on-one coaching experience allowed for a seamless transition into college advising, particularly with student-athletes and teens navigating pivotal life decisions.

 

Mandi’s passion for working with students is deeply rooted in both her professional background and personal experience. As the parent of a Division II recruited athlete, she brings firsthand insight into the college athletic recruitment process—an added value for families exploring collegiate sports opportunities. In 2020, Mandi earned her Independent Educational Consultant Certificate from the University of California, Irvine. She is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and actively participates in national conferences, seminars, and visits 20-30 colleges across the country yearly, as well as engages in ongoing professional development. Mandi is currently studying for the Certified Educational Planner (CEP) designation from the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners (AICEP).  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of New Hampshire. When Mandi isn't working, she enjoys playing with her family dog, Sanji, practicing yoga, reading, attending stand-up comedy shows, going to sporting events (especially baseball), walking daily, and spending time with her friends and family.
